Meet the Team

It was our vision to transform the cottages into beautiful spaces where holiday makers could enjoy time out in luxury surroundings. Find out more about the people behind My Cottages in St Ives…

Gary & Paula

Cottage Owners

Gary (originally from Northeast England) and Paula (from Devon) both have wonderful memories of childhood holidays throughout Devon and Cornwall and have been inspired by the glorious scenery and coastline throughout the counties. We are constantly inspired by the beautiful bay in St Ives as you drive towards the town, and it was this lasting memory that prompted the purchase of our seaside cottages.

We purchased the three cottages which were practically derelict on a beautiful, cobbled street called The Digey based in the centre of St Ives surrounded by all of the local shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants and a two-minute walk to the harbour front. In 2016 we started a three-year refurbishment from complete demolition to the creation of Wella, Iris and Juliot all built to the highest specification with luxurious interiors to provide wonderful holiday accommodation that can be shared with friends, family and our valued guests. We hope you enjoy the living spaces that we have provided and that you can create some wonderful memories of your own.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Team
